I created The Empath Self-Care Workbook out of a deep personal need for self-care and self-love. Thirteen years ago, I found myself in a difficult and overwhelming situation when my son was told he needed a kidney transplant. The news left me feeling helpless and stressed, and I knew I needed a way to cope. That's when I realized the importance of self-care and began searching for tools and resources to help me manage my emotions and stress.
I created this workbook as a way to remind myself of the small yet powerful ways I could take care of myself during difficult times. It was a source of comfort and hope for me, and I still look back on it as a reminder of the importance of self-care.
